The products are used at low levels (0.1 - 1.0%) for dairy flavours and added richness. The​y are available in water soluble powders and oil soluble pastes, and have an one year shelf life. Butter Buds dairy concentrates create better tasting and healthier foods, while reducing costs. They provide natural attributes of butter, cream and cheese, and are healthy (adding negligible fat and cholesterol).
