STRUKTOL® TR 077 is a low melting zinc fatty acid soap (100°C versus 125° C) very similar to zinc stearate. Advantages of the pelletized product over powder are mechanical handling and blending, as well as reduced exposure for improving industrial hygiene. STRUKTOL® TR 077 can be used in all non-clear products where zinc stearate is presently used, such as polystyrene, concentrates, thermosets and some olefins.
