Trixene BI 7641 is a low temperature curing aromatic blocked isocyanate in solvent, used as a heat activated crosslinker in single pack stoved primers and intermediate coatings for coil, automotive and industrial coatings. Suitable co-reactants include polyester, hydroxy acrylic and hydroxy containing epoxies. This material is also suitable for use in melamine based primer systems as a co crosslinker to introduce some PU properties.
