HDK® T40 NUTRITION is a synthetic, hydrophilic amorphous silica, produced via flame hydrolysis. HDK® T40 NUTRITION is intended for use in food and feed. It improves the flow of powders and is a thickener for liquids. HDK® T40 NUTRITION meets the specification for E551 according to the regulation (EU) 231/2012. If applied as anti caking additive gentle mixing results best effects with sticky products.
