PureMalt CB 120/65 is a hot water extract of lightly caramelised barley (Hordeum vulgare) malt, conditioned within our brewery prior to concentration by vacuum evaporation. Bakery: Use in your formulation to provide distinct crystal malt, caramel flavour. A great source of natural sweetness and red colour for decadent bakery and confectionery products. Brewing: CB120/65 provides sweet crystal malt flavour and colour for amber beers, ales and bock.
