PureMalt CB 400/ 65 is a high gravity malt beer produced from caramelised barley (Hordeum vulgare) malt and malted barley, conditioned within our brewery prior to concentration by vacuum evaporation. Brewing: CB400/65 provides distinct dark crystal malt character and colour for ales, bock, porter, premium brewed soft drinks and non-alcoholic malt beverages. Requires filtration for a clear final product.
