BELSIL EG 3000

BELSIL EG 3000 is a silicone copolymer network blended with Isohexadecane. BELSIL EG 3000 appears as a colorless, translucent gel. It is perceived very pleasant, light and powdery due to its organic solvent base. BELSIL EG 3000 is easy to distribute and gives a smooth, light and powdery feel. It provides rheological benefits, imparts a thixotropic effect and has the ability to act as a thickening agent. BELSIL EG 3000 can impart a cushiony feel to moisturizing formulations, it can thicken the oil phase of emulsions or anhydrous formulations. In pressed powder formulations it acts as a binder.
