EDENOL B 316 SPECIAL is an epoxidized linseed oil with an epoxy content of 8.5% that provides cost-effective stabilization. As a plasticizer with high epoxy content, EDENOL B 316 SPECIAL has considerably improved stabilizing effects compared to conventional epoxy plasticizers. It is suitable for applications requiring resistance to weathering, oils, and low volatility without migration. It is suitable for halogen-containing polymers such as PVC and its copolymers, chlorinated rubber, nitrocellulose and other acid curing paints. EDENOL B 316 SPECIAL can be used to formulate durable, flexible coatings and materials for the building industry thanks to its light stability, weather resistance, and resistance to oils.
