IMERSHIELD™ E2100 is a specially delaminated, highly pure phyllosilicate mineral. Its very high aspect ratio provides superiour mechanical properties and strong synergistic effects in intumecent fire retardent systems in plastics, thereby allowing to partially substitute fire retardent additives and optimising formulation cost.
