New industrial hub: More space for your innovations
With the reopening of our modernised application laboratories for Coatings & Construction and Home Care I&I at BioCampus Cologne in June 2026, we are expanding our capacities for technical formulation development, application-focused training, and close collaboration with customers and partners.
Various applications at our new Coatings & Construction application laboratory
Our Coatings & Construction application laboratory now offers optimal conditions for the development, optimisation and testing of innovative formulations across 250 m². Customers additionally benefit from a comprehensive service portfolio including:
- formulation development using our suppliers’ raw materials,
- training on new raw materials,
- seminars on current industry trends and more sustainable formulations, and
- the evaluation of additives, binders, fillers and pigments.
The expanded facilities enable closer collaboration, faster development processes, and help our customers bring new products to market more efficiently and successfully.
New facilities at BioCampus Cologne for Home Care I&I
The Home Care I&I application laboratory has been expanded to around 200 m² and now features specialised areas for laundry care, dishwashing, as well as surface, vehicle, and air care applications. This creates optimal conditions for hands-on formulation development, application testing, and technical consultancy. As a Regional Technical Centre for Europe, we support our customers with technical expertise, a comprehensive raw material portfolio, and in-depth market knowledge – from the initial idea right up to the market-ready solution.
