Β-CAROTENE 1% CWS/M
β-Carotene 1% CWS/M is a gelatin-free cold water dispersible powder, based on medium chain triglycerides. This product is kosher and halal certified. This product is used as a yellow to orange colouring agent to fortify baked goods, water-based foods, instant products, pudding, confectionery goods and milk products.
Colour range: yellow.
Functions: May help support cognition; precursor of vitamin A, supports normal vision and immune system; may help protect the surface of the eye; heart health, brain health, general aging. β-Carotene is a pro-vitamin A.
