LIQUID BUTTER CONCENTRATE (65460) is a butter concentrate in a soybean oil carrier. Pourable liquid at room temperature. One pound/kilo equals the flavour of 90 pounds/kilos of butter. Potential uses: provide butter flavour, add richness, enhance flavour in sauces, meat and poultry, cheese foods, microwave popcorn. Usage level: 0.25-0.50% total batch weight.
