The IMCD Websites as defined in our Privacy Statement use cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet, phone or other device when you visit a website. The next time you visit the same website, cookies ensure that your device and your preferences are recognised. By using cookies and similar technologies, such as pixel tags/beacons and scripts, ('cookies'), websites can save information about visits and its visitors. Such information may include your IP address, the device you use and click behaviour, such as the specific web pages you visit and how you navigate the website.

We use this information to help us understand which parts of our website interest our visitors and to improve the quality of our website.

When you give us consent, we place marketing cookies. These cookies are used to collect information on your visit to and clicks on our websites and third-party websites in order to make our content and advertisement relevant to your interests. These cookies are typically placed by third-party advertising networks. These networks are companies which act as intermediaries between us and advertisers. They collect information about your use of our websites and other third-party websites.

Marketing cookies are used to:

  • measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns by tracking the number of clicks and conversions;
  • limit the number of times you see the same content and advertisement;
