YOGURT BUDS 66862 is a natural concentrated yogurt flavor produced from cultured milk. It is packaged in triple layered heavy duty Kraft bags with dimensions of 21" X 34" X 6" (width x length x block bottom). YOGURT BUDS 66862 has an eighteen (18) month shelf life when stored at 50 - 80°F (10.0 - 26.7°C) and less than 70% Relative Humidity. It is heat stable and does not require refrigeration. YOGURT BUDS 66862 can be used at 0.10 - 1.0% of total batch weight to enhance and/or add cultured yogurt flavor to beverages, spreads, confectionary, bakery fillings and dessert mixes in the food industry.
