LOXIOL G 12 V BDS

Loxiol G 12 V is vegetable-based fatty acid ester of glycerine. LOXIOL® G 12 V is a mold release agent for the injection molding of impact modified polystyrene and thermoplastic polyurethane. In ABS, SAN and polyolefines it acts as a flow improver, and it can be used as a slip agent for ABS. For the manufacture of S-PVC, LOXIOL® G 12 V can be used as a dispersion additive. At the usual dosage of 1 %, the suitability of LOXIOL® G 12 V for S-PVC for transparent applications is not affected. LOXIOL® G 12 V is also used as an internal lubricant for PVC. Up to 2 % concentration, used during suspension polymerization, it leads to the formation of pre-lubricated S-PVC types. LOXIOL® G 12 V is also used as an antistatic agent for polyethylene. Recommended Dosage 0.5 - 1.0 phr lubricant in polyolefins and ABS 0.2 - 0.5 phr internal mold release agent in TPU and SBR 1.0 - 4.0 phr slip agent in ABS
