LOXIOL G 20 BEADS

LOXIOL® G 20 is a stearic acid based lubricant additive used in polymer processing. LOXIOL® G 20 is suited for processing of rigid PVC, plasticized PVC, SBR, rubber and styrene copolymers. It provides excellent lubrication and non-stick properties. As an external lubricant for polymers like PVC, it improves flow and reduces friction during extrusion and molding. This enhances manufacturability and surface finish of finished parts. LOXIOL® G 20 is well suited for transparent applications due to its low color. It is also compatible with a variety of thermoplastics and elastomers used in advanced material formulations. When compounded at recommended loadings, LOXIOL® G 20 lubricates the material during forming and machining without compromising mechanical properties. This ensures high throughput and dimensional accuracy in manufacturing of advanced material components.
