Diglycerol fatty acid ester consisting of glycerin and isostearic acid derived from vegetable oil. It is a lipophilic, nonionic surfactant with excellent salt and acid resistance and high safety. Suitable not only for natural W/O cream and milky lotion formulation but also for sunscreen and makeup formulations because of its high hydrating property and excellent dispersibility of inorganic powders and pigments.
