GENUGEL CARRAGEENAN CI-125

GENUGEL CI-125 is a mixture of carrageenan and sodium chloride that forms a firm gel when cooled. It is dispersible in cold water and soluble in hot water, with a relatively low viscosity in hot solutions. GENUGEL CI-125 gels exhibit superior clarity compared to typical carrageenan-based products and do not exhibit syneresis. It can be used at 1.7-2.5% in applications where a firm gel is required. GENUGEL CI-125 is suitable for use in products where a firm gel is needed to hold ingredients together without leaking or breaking down over time.
