BLANC FIXE BRILLIANT is a chemically precipitated Barium Sulphate with well defined particle size. It is inert and insoluble in water, acids, alkalis and organic solvent. Free from impurities such as quartz. Surface treated. BLANC FIXE BRILLIANT provides opacity, brightness and hiding power. It is used as a filler and extender in industrial coatings and paints. As a filler, BLANC FIXE BRILLIANT improves mechanical properties, durability and longevity of industrial coatings. It also improves opacity and tinting strength. BLANC FIXE BRILLIANT is suitable for use in automotive OEM coatings, car refinish coatings, coil and can coatings, insulating lacquers and varnishes, paints for plastics and wood coatings due to its chemical inertness and stability under industrial conditions.
