KELZAN S PLUS is an industrial grade xanthan gum that can be easily dispersed in water. KELZAN S PLUS has unique features like high solution viscosity under low-shear conditions and low solution viscosity under high-shear conditions. These properties make KELZAN S PLUS ideal for applications in the Lubricants & Energy industry where controlling viscosity and flow properties are important. KELZAN S PLUS can control the flow of liquids on vertical and inclined surfaces, prevent phase separation in suspensions and emulsions, and ensure products remain free-flowing throughout their shelf-life. KELZAN S PLUS enhances the stability of foams and suspensions. It can be used in concentrations from 0.1% to 0.5% and is stable over a wide pH range and high-shear processes.
