Very efficient solubilizer that can solubilize various substances in water or water/ethanol systems at small quantities. HLB = 12. Recommanded for substances not soluble in Ethanol and fragrance oils. Gives no tackiness. Excellent stability with a wide range of pH. Low foaming. Hydrophilic, block-type nonionic surfactant manufactured by addition polymerization of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide to decyl tetradecyl alcohol. It is widely used as a solubilizer and is particularly suitable for low alcohol content systems. Solubilized products can be prepared with less foaming and excellent low-temperature stability.
