BORCHERS DECA ZINC 12

BORCHERS DECA ZINC 12 is a secondary zinc drier for solvent-based systems, used in combination with primary driers like manganese, Borchi® OXY-Coat, Borchi® OXY-Coat 1310, or vanadium compounds. It enhances through-drying and film hardness, while preventing wrinkling and orange peel on the paint film surface. Although it slightly increases dry time, it improves pigment wetting and dispersion, increases gloss and color-fastness, and reduces grind time when added early in the formulation. Additionally, it can be used in large amounts without discoloring the film. BORCHERS DECA ZINC 12 is particularly suited for solvent-based systems such as alkyds and epoxy esters that dry through oxidation.
