MALTOSWEET® Maltodextrins and Dried Glucose Syrups are nutritive corn based sweeteners made from dent and waxy corn starch. They are well suited for use with a combination of other ingredients as they offer bulking properties. Besides that, they are neutral products which are extremely stable and soluble, making them ideal for dry mix applications and dissolving in cold water. The products are available in powder and granular forms, and can be added to a wide range of food applications.
