ANTRANCINE 75B

ANTRANCINE 75B is a liquid formulation containing BHA and citric acid for food applications. It is suitable for use in food industry applications like fats and oils for professional manufacture of heat- treated foods, animal oils and fats, non-heat treated dehydrated meat products, seasonings, condiments and sauces, cereal-based snacks, chewing gum, pre-cooked breakfast cereals, food supplements and in food flavourings, subject to legislation. ANTRANCINE 75B provides antioxidant protection and helps increase the shelf life of products. It can be added into fat or oil of 60 °C while stirring until the product is homogeneously mixed. ANTRANCINE 75B is halal and kosher certified and suitable for vegans.
