BORMED RD804CF is a polypropylene random copolymer intended intended for evaluation for use in Healthcare applications. This grade is suitable for the manufacturing of films using cast film as well as tubular water quench blown film extrusion technology. BORMED RD804CF can also be processed using injection moulding and ISBM (2-stage process) technology. BORMED RD804CF has good optical properties and is suitable for sterilization using EtO and steam methods. It provides high water vapour barrier which is beneficial for Healthcare applications. BORMED RD804CF can be used in bottles, pouches and pharma packaging and components. It is made to be used in medical devices due to its compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
