INDOPOL L-6

INDOPOL L-6 is a polybutene grade with a molecular weight of 280 that provides excellent properties. It has a high flash point above 60°C and low turbidity below 4 NTU. Low levels of chlorine at 90 ppm and also low levels of metals such as Na, K, Fe and S therefore demonstrate high purity. INDOPOL L-6 has a pour point below -60°C and refractive index of 1.461 for optimal clarity. Its specific gravity of 0.824 allows easy handling and dosing accuracy. These characteristics of INDOPOL L-6 make it suitable for applications that require chemical inertness and low viscosity change even at high temperatures. INDOPOL L-6 is an excellent base material for products used in various heavy duty machinery and transportation systems. Permanently non-drying, colourless and non-staining, emulsifiable, good lubricant, non-corrosive, practically non-toxic, stable to light and air - oxidatively stable under ambient condition, complete depolymerisation at elevated temperature leaving no residues.
