MEG 3 10 N-3 INF POWDER is a spray-dried powder containing a minimum of 30% high DHA refined fish oil, stabilized with Mixed Tocopherols and Ascorbyl Palmitate. The individual particles contain a stable, refined fish oil, finely dispersed in a matrix of Sucrose and Modified Food Starch. This product MEG 3 10 N-3 INF POWDER is readily dispersible in water and can be used in food applications to provide essential Omega-3 fatty acids like DHA and EPA. As the product contains a minimum of 7.0% DHA and a DHA/EPA ratio of minimum 4.0, it is beneficial for food products requiring Omega-3 fatty acids.
