FRUTAFIT CLR

FRUTAFIT CLR is a natural powdered food ingredient based on chicory inulin with a high level of oligofructose (DP2-DP10). This product is characterized by a high solubility. FRUTAFIT CLR provides benefits for food applications as it is a prebiotic fiber that supports the growth of beneficial gut bacteria. The product contains inulin which is a polydisperse mixture of linear fructose polymers with mostly a terminal glucose unit, coupled by means of β(2-1) bonds. FRUTAFIT CLR can be used as a dietary fiber ingredient in food products to add fiber content and support gut health.
