NUTRAVA CITRUS FIBER ZEST F

NUTRAVA®Citrus Fiber zest (Fine version) is nature-based and made from sustainably sourced citrus peels, an abundant byproduct of the juice industry. Typical content of dietary fiber in NUTRAVA®Citrus Fiber zest is at a minimum of 80% with an approximately balanced amount of soluble and insoluble fiber. It is an off-white powder with a neutral to mild citrus odor and a suitable particle size. Occasional dark spots may occur due to natural fluctuations of the raw materials. It is intended for use in food and beverage products as label friendly and recognizable ingredient to support dietary fiber intake.
